    Looking for any fellow Bantams experience of Lancaster Uni.

    Took my lad to the open day today hence why I missed the game.

    Has anyone studied there or know anyone who has?

    Currently ranked 15th in the Times Higher Education ratings. Out of 101. A very good university, one that many universities, recognising they can't compete with Oxbridge, Durham, Edinburgh etc look to emulate.

    I worked with Alison Mullan, now one of the senior leaders at the University, and she really cares about the student experience.

    I haven't worked in higher education for five years now, but it is the sort of place I would want my child to go.

    Thanks for that. I got a good vibe yesterday and i hope my son did.

    He is also looking at Lincoln Keele manchester and birmingham.

    Wants to study psychology.

    The wife (then girlfriend) studied up there, but that was over a decade ago now. I visited every other weekend (when City were playing away). She loved it, great, relaxed University that seemed to care about every student.

    A friend went there a long time ago, but always spoke well of her experience.
    My daughter studied psychology and philosophy at Keele and really enjoyed her time there. It is similar to Lancaster in that it is campus on its own without a big city nearby.

    I went and thought it was fantastic - both the quality of education and the whole atmosphere. Lancaster itself is a nice little city too - handy for Morecambe away!
    It’s 20 years since I studied there mind!
