    The problem he's got is that Angelo Ogbonna is out for the season and Issa Diop's form is in the toilet - he was subbed at HT against Kidderminster, FFS, because he was so awful. So, having chosen not to recruit another first team-ready centre back in January, the resources are paper-thin, and Zouma is a vital part of trying to get a Champions League place and/or win the Europa League. If neither of those happen then the likelihood of losing Rice and Bowen in the summer becomes much greater.
    So Moyes is trying to tough it out and hope that the furore blows over. He's saying that any further action against him should await the outcome of the RSPCA investigation. Time will tell whether that's the correct course of action.
