Kit 2018/19

My lad has said no too & no bleedin wonder, the home shirt is dull & boring and says more "Northampton Town" than "Bradford City" and the other two are just piss poor. All in all, garbage.

 

All three kits scream "training gear" to me. Admittedly, three fantastic kits last year were a hard act to follow, but these are so bland and underwhelming. It's a no from me.

 

Blue socks. When did we ever have blue socks. Not convinced to be honest.
Whats with the mesh on the shoulders? Looks like those 70's Farah tops you'd wear with some Northern Soul slacks on a Friday night.
Anyway, here's hoping the lovely, lush green pitch will show off these colours to their full potential

 

You can all have a good laugh next Tuesday when the blunts turn up in their new away kit

Personally I blame McCall for the kit colours. He wasnt responsible for recruitment, line up, tactics or results so I can only presume he was responsible for the 2nd and 3rd strip.

Best one you lot had was the 82/83 Adidas original one, that was quality.

 

I like the home kit and the blue away kit, not to keen on the other one.

 

Loved it after a few years of Admiral, still have one somewhere, number 4

 

We had a few Admiral kits in the late 70s and late 80s. The two in the eighties were my favourite home kits, still got them in my Mums loft somewhere.

 

Our Admiral ones were a bit "over Admiraled", and I always associate that brand with a team in all white.

 

Ha, we had two in the late 70s that were all white. It was the time i started watching them and i actually thought we played in white. As you say, too much like a team 10 miles to the east.

 

That used to play in blue & yellow, that changed to look like RM

 

I think the 2018-19 shirts have "Official Relegation Kit" stamped all over them ! As uninspiring as we are both on and off the field

 

They're doing willy warmers this year ?

 

New sponsor and kit for next season

 

At least a bit of thought seems to have gone into that one.

 

No Claret & Amber there mate, even you wouldnt wish a monstrosity like that on us, the shirt sales would certainly take a nose dive next season.
