Only evidence either way is what Killgallon has said. I’ve not listened to it but does he at any point indicate it was Edin?

 

I was thinking exactly the same.
People need to lay off him. He may not of brought the best plan with him and it definatley hasn’t worked but do people actually think he wants us to fail. I truly believe he has our best interests at heart. We need to back the team and stop worrying about Edin.
Hope it’s rocking like at Sunderland tomorrow.
Need to lift the team and show our support.
I know it won’t happen because we are all @?#&
I can’t believe what arsehole fans we have.
I don’t want to go watch us at the min and it has feckall to do with the team. It’s the young nob heads wanting to start trouble. The old bastards constantly complaining. There are so few fans there that want to cheer the team and make it a good occasion. Times won’t always be good. But we should watch and enjoy the football. And if we can’t enjoy the football back the team and make an atmosphere the team can be proud of. Can’t be easy for them at the minute.

Nothing and I mean NOTHING happens at this club without Edins input,
Edin it seems would prefer low paid average players than expensive (In his eyes) Good ones and as such Killgallons fate was sealed

 

I’m no way an Edin supporter but I’m finding it tedious when every single communication released by either the club or former members, is twisted (with or without evidence) back to being Edin’s fault.
As someone mentioned above, Killa could quite easily have said he believed Edin was behind the decision to release him. It’s not as if he’s going to come back to the club anytime soon.

I’m sure 99% of supporters know and can see the damage caused by the owners, but correct me if I’m wrong, I can’t think of one former player, manager or even current manager, that has come out and publicly criticised Edin. That’s not to say that his actions haven’t caused disharmony throughout the club as a whole.

As fans we always have to have a scapegoat, be it Lawn, Hanson or Rahic.

Unfortunately until the current owners leave, we are going to have disharmony at the club which is a shame, no matter what side of the divide you sit on.

 

It's a white lie that any manager would have told. If he'd had come out and said that Killa wasn't part of his plans and the move to Hamilton had fallen through then he'd have ended up looking daft because he'd either have a senior and (I assume) well paid player not being involved which would show bad planning or if he did get in the matchday squad then it would either mean that whoever he displaced from the team was even worse than a player who wasn't good enough or that Collins couldn't identify talent. In addition he'd also likely annoy Kilgallon even more by publicly saying that he wasn't good enough than he did by just telling him privately.

 

Don't think he can afford to buy Leeds.

My thought as well to be honest...

 

My bet is that E.R decided that he wanted Kilgallon off the books and put an idea in Collins head that if he was to tell Kilgallon he wasn’t part of his plans it would come across as Collins stamping his authority.

ER then decided to put Collins down and play with sooty and sweep, his other puppets, Izzy wizzy let’s get busy

 

Ah that magic wand....down to League 2....

 

Just take no notice of him, everyone else does.

 

I just think Collins was a yes man.

Just bored of people making things up to suit their anti ER agenda.

 

Except we will have had to come to a financial agreement with Killa for him to leave. So we may not have saved a load of cash, some yes but not a lot.
