    Evening all,

Does anyone have any old City shirts that they don’t want anymore? I have two boys who are getting really keen this season, but I can’t afford new shirts for them. They are 8 and 6 years old. Any shirt, any season, home or away. They would be made up!

Happy to pay a reasonable amount of make a contribution to the burns unit.

    Thanks!

If you have a look on eBay there are always the common, older shirts you can pick up for less than a tenner.

While I suspect this isn't really an issue with Bradford City as there most likely isn't the demand for them currently be careful buying shirts from eBay because fakes are rife and seeing as new fake shirts usually cost less than £15 from the likes of DHGate (For example England Kids shirt, shorts and socks for less than £18 and Adult Shirt for £15 here http://sale.dhgate.com/4K2tmr02 ) then paying around a tenner for a previous season second-hand fake is overpriced.

TBH having had some of the DHgate fakes (Used to always buy at least one official United Shirt and an England one but as almost all the money goes to the Kit Manufatuer and the markups they now place on them now, £75+ for a shirt that costs them about £5 to make is just taking the piss, so I've started just getting the fakes) apart from some of the internal stitching not being 100% and then sometimes not applying the name and numbers great which can lead them to crack after a couple of months (Giving the name/number a really good iron as soon as you get it can help) they are pretty good, certainly ideal if you are buying them for kids who are prone to damaging the official shirts when playing

They're just old shirts people don't want anymore. 99.99% of them definitely aren't fakes, there just wouldn't be the market for a league two sides shirts the majority of the far East sweat shops have never heard of.
