Yes they did. But, as I remember it, Cougars won the next division and should have been promoted and included in the new arrangements rather than the team who should have been relegated. I think Bullmania was already in full swing at this point.

Used to go watch the Cougars many year ago, great to see they're 16 wins from 16 this season.
Surely a promotion to the Championship is inevitable now. With that, they'll need some decent investment to not only stay up but to be competitive. -
I quite liked the ground... it seemed to have an old school charm to it.
Crowd was decent at over 2k. Good family atmosphere.
My only worry is the pitch seems to be on a slope.
I guess this might be a barrier if they have Super League aspirations, although i'm no expert.
They are as good as promoted now, so hopefully they'll carry the momentum into next season... -

I believe there will be no changes in the league structures 2022 and 2023 . Clarity is needed for all clubs. As my mate Bob Dylan said the times they are changin maybe the answer is blowing in the wind.

Cougars expecting 3k for the game on Sunday. I have to say I'm going to wonder down to see the trophy presentation. The in laws dad has been going all season and his only moan was he wish most games weren't over by half time.

Looks like the Bulls are in more trouble. I think it would be hard to find a worse run sports club than the Bulls. From the pinnacle of their game to year after year of trouble.
