    He was ok.

Think he will have something else lined up.

    He helped steady a ship.

    Wish him all the best.

I don't think it's a bad thing. With Akpan improving and Jo'B we have two able central midfielders and we need strength in other areas. May give us more ability to get some one in at the start of Jan.

or maybe he gave it a go, realised time had caught up with him and did the honourable thing?

First of all merry Christmas to you and your family.

    I'll keep this simple.

I believe that him and Jim OB have made a difference. The difference is off the pitch.

Bradford City lack leaders and i would of thought these two wouldn't hold any punches in the dressing room.

So as I say Henry helped steady a sinking ship. Now, we need to sign more leaders.

helped steady the ship so we should grateful. With Akpan and OBrien showing form his game time will be limited. He won't be cheap. served a purpose but was only ever a stop gap

I think he was a big factor in our win against Oxford. His experience helped us win ugly, stopping Oxford from playing in the second half. Given the importance of that game, he made an important contribution that you are probably right will be forgotten about.

Akpan Is turning into the player the highly critical Stephen Warnock suggested he would. He once, gave the ball away badly, but immediately made up for his error. I like the way he stands there daring a midfielder to run through him. But most of all I like his non flashy distribution, he doesn't try and join in with our flair players - realising they're better and his job is to keep our shape. Hopkin has clearly had a very big positive affect

Him, O'Connor and Doyle looked terrible a couple of months ago. Goodness knows how good Scannell will be when he gets back, given that at least be was half decent before his injury

Is it me or is Hopkin the perfect combination of Stuart and Parky?

Or could it be the miraculous recovery of Reeves haha. More than likely it will have been a choice of Jim obrien or Henry till end of season, not wages for both

I can't argue he wasn't great but he'd played no football in 3 months so to suggest after 4 or 5 appearances "his legs have gone" is lazy at best but realistically just plain daft.

I didn’t like him at all.
Can’t remember the game (May of been the cup) but he came on as a sub and constantly lost the ball. That sort of play in CM, IMO, is what got us in this mess in the first place.
I personally think akpan is going from strength to strength. Rarely loses the ball with poor passing and his positional play is the best in the squad. Several times in the last two games I have seen him back off back into position instead of flying in for tackles like most other players would.
I think he is turning into a very good signing.

Yes, it was the 4-4 Cup thriller with Posh. He came on looked completely lost - very much like he was a finished player.

With Akpan improving since the new fitness coach came in we don’t need Henry anymore, not when Jim O’Brien is also on the bench.

He was doing media work on Radio Five yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if he called it a day playing wise.
