There are few ex-players who on their return to Valley Parade don't get a good welcome, I doubt very much Josh Wright will.

 

Ah so it’s Collins, Hopkins and Bowyers fault Wrights performances were truly some of the worst I’ve seen in 20 years of going. Having scanned the Orient forum he’s not massively popular on there either, must be the managers fault down there too! Poor Josh can’t catch a break can he. Lewis O’Brien did okay under the same management last season.

 

Lewis O'Brien had talent.

 

Wright thought he had talent too, all talk no action. Alright talking a good game, soon get found out, especially when he put zero effort in when he played.

 

To think I thought Hopkin would come in and kick some arses in a good way. His talent on the pitch didn't translate to his management.

I remember some post match interview he did on the radio where he got unnecessarily snippy when asked a question about a poor performance, he said something along the lines of "You've asked your question and there's your answer"
that was an early sign for me. Bad enough Rahic being the big stumbling block, seems like we doubled up on that with Hopkin.

 

When he first came he did an interview with Simon Parker in the T&A he said he liked getting forward and was not shy at having a shot from outside the box, I though we've a right player here, and we had unfortunately for the wrong reason.

Good shout. Look at how AOC and CW have improved massively this season. Oteh is also looking much better in recent weeks.

Not to mention Connor Wood and nursing Jake reeves back to fitness, some manager that Gary Bowyer, then I knew he was from the first minute we spoke .
