When you see the wage figures at top clubs quoted in the media they are pretty much bullshit. When United signed RVP it was quoted he had signed at the same wage that Rooney was on and they were all saying that was between £180-200k a week. Suddenly when Rooney's contract came up for renewal everywhere was putting Rooney on £250k, so in under 2 years somehow he apparently went up between £50-70k a week which seems unlikely. However, this new deal he signed suddenly was £300k a week despite both Rooney and United stating Rooney took a pay cut in exchange for access to Uniteds commercial team to help him maximise his own commercial income.

So I'm fairly sure the media takes a ballpark figure they hear, takes a guess at what the maximum amount of bonuses they may make (which means assuming every club will win every competition) and then adds on a value that they believe the player will make on his image rights.

So sure Sanchez may at the end of the year have an income that averages out to around the £500k a week mark but that's, not his wage, it includes all his earnings related to football and requires winning multiple compititions
