    Whats the fuss about Peterborough ? This is who they've signed - absolutely no-one in there that jumps out as real quality. The fat man is doing what the fat man does everywhere - pile them high and buy them cheap.

    I would have had Cummings from Forest or Denton from Leeds. Decent players.

    Other than Cummins their fans deem em pretty average. Evans gettin* the blame generally but he’s not the main recruitment chief. !

    Jason Cummings will bag 20+ easy in this league. Quality striker. Some other youngsters among last list that I bet will have teams higher up the food chain putting big bids next Summer.

    Don't know anything about him but if he can score 20+ in league 1, why on earth are they loaning him out? Didn't think Forest are that well off for strikers. Serious question.

    I have no idea how Evans convinced him to drop down to D1 as Rangers were keen to take him back on loan, but the lad is a serious talent and too good for this league. Got to see a lot of him at Easter Road. Not sure what the crack is at Forest but I would have been doing cartwheels if we’d landed him.

    Some fans are gutted, some fans question his attitude and impact 2 goals in 15 at a Rangers side near the top of the league. If he performs to what he can do they have a right talent on their hands.

    Posh chairman put a tweet out a couple of weeks ago that they will be paying for this loan well after he leaves so basically suggests they have paid a big loan fee and probably high wages so money will have talked. He will have probably needed a drop down to regain some confidence as last season the the SPL and championship he only scored 2 goals in 24 league appearances.

    Are you sure Rangers really wanted him? He only scored once in 15 games for them and struggled to get in the first 11 for the most part. Plus there's the fact that a choice between Rangers and Peterborough isn't really one where you opt for the Posh.

    I'm sceptical about this and feel that league one might actually be his real level.

    Evans didn’t. Fry did.

    They are paying probably a quarter of our player salary budget on him alone. Don’t forget they confirmed they are paying all his wages . Source ::: Their owner and funded by the sale of Marriott I believe?

    I think Cummings will be excellent for them.
    Godden is good, and Naismith looks decent too.

    He definitely did well for Hibs, but that was when they were down in the Scottish Championship. He left after they got promoted.

    He had a disappointing season following leaving Hibs, but he’s still young and I’m sure he’ll be able to re-find his form in League 1 if he’s willing to demonstrate the right attitude at Peterborough.

    I would have certainly been really optimistic if he was announced as a signing for City.
