    I know they made a few changes but they looked pretty fit to me on Tuesday. With the exception perhaps of Sarcevic who seemed to struggling a bit

    I can run (not fast nor far)
    I can head the ball ( head like a ten bob bit though)
    I can handle the handle the ball ( not a prerequisite as a central defender)
    I can tie my own shoe laces ( with a bit of thought)
