    Yet Parky had a 'plan' whereas GB doesn't even see himself shaving, so open to criticism, of any nature ;)

    IF, yes IF GB were to go to say South Shields for a LONG weekend, and let the players play 'free will', then I think City would spank Salford well and good. However - we all know that isn't going to happen. Right ? ;)

    Bowyers no bully ? But he does have the aura of a Teacher about him. Might be a bit condescending as teachers often are. Not like in the old days when your PE teacher used batter with a cricket bat or have down doing 20 squat thrusts ? But today they take kids down with a barbed comment or two. PE teachers always have that extra element of control about them that a class based subject teacher does not have. Also the bad kids are usually defused in PE because they actually prove good at it. So PE teachers are good at controlling.

    I'd say Bowyers controlling and indeed views himself as a teacher. He could be one ? Did he not spend time out of the game on a Degree Course ? Not a bad thing really I suppose but he has an "air of superiority" about him that the weaker ones might find intimidating. That said I think hes a moral decent man who was brought up with more traditional values. Look hes a Speedway fan so hes alright by me.

    YES .......... Sorry, but I'm 'bumping' this.

    Our recent performances, team selections and tactics warrant it.

    IS it a case of 'play MY way - or don't play', by Bowyer ?
    Palmer plays, but McCartan gets just a few minutes. Reeves, Cooke and Wood are being strangled in their roles, not to mention Connolly and Paudie dipping from early form.
    With Vaughan and Doyle - It's 'as you were'.......... Way below their average standards.
    The whole team appear to be disengaged from where they were six weeks ago. It wasn't great then, but so very poor now.

    Bowyer comes across as a caring Manager, saying good things, yet even those interviews are becoming more disturbing ..... BUT - What goes on behind closed doors ? An above average team doesn't become a poor one over night .... THAT direction comes from 'somewhere' .
    Bowyer is becoming last years Hopkin, IMO. No control, or direction. :(
