    There is now a phone no to call at VP for resolving difficulties with IFollow codes 01274 773355 Option 3

    The problem of our group's 2 missing IFollow codes was resolved very quickly with a single phone call after not receiving any response to the earlier 2 emails.

    The reason I did not get my code, first time, I was told, was because someone had transcribed my email address incorrectly.

    Sounds like they have had to set this system up manually.
