    Excuse me for being a bit thick here, do you actually have to e-mail them direct, even though they know they had major problems with the service last night, I e-mailed the ''support team'' on the chat screen, advising I had a problem, didn't get a reply.

    Did you e-mail them as well Bantam65, if so, could you let me have the e-mail address you used, either want a refund, or, God help me, a free pass for Saturday, thanks in advance.

    Season pass via iFollow or did you buy a season ticket and hence get 'free' access? If you bought a season pass directly they should be refunded you on a pro-rata basis as that's the only fair thing to do but if you bought a season ticket then its the clubs responsibility as you aren't buying access yourself, the club are buying access codes in bulk at cost and distributing them to fans

    Actually, scratch that, it was away. Do season ticket holders only get the home matches for free? I would have thought so but hey who knows with the EFL :)

    Let’s hope it works better on Saturday, haven’t really bothered watching the away games watching the home games has been bad enough and I usually end up turning it off after about 30 minutes, suppose it’s a good thing if we’re playing crap you can just turn it off.
