I will but haven't got my season tickets yet.

I work in a building where there has been over 40 cases.

Going to an outdoor football match is less risk then my normal working life, or going shopping or using a petrol pump.

Take the recommended precautions be sensible and you'll be fine!!

 

I haven’t got my season ticket yet but not too concerned as I cannot see Bradford coming out of Tier 2 until January at the earliest. I will stick with ifollow for the moment.

I don’t understand this. Why don’t the club just split the relevant colour down by 2000 blocks and pick then some games to go to? This makes it read as though you have so long to apply and if you don’t others can go?

 

Don't be silly man, that's far too simple a way of doing it. You know what the score will be. Mad rush for tickets, many missing out and certain stands shut "for safety reasons". Whilst I am hopeful of a return to tier two, people applying for tickets are jumping the gun massively.

 

Surprise surprise the ticket system is broken and we can't get tickets until 12:00.

 

Why are they even making them available when we could still be in tier three ? The decision is made on the 16th. Three days to shift 2,000 tickets is doable if they apply a simple system like allocating them to the first 2,000 on the list. It's not as if we have 14,000 ST holders anymore and as there is no money to be lost by people not taking their ticket, does it really matter if only 1,700 take them ? It just means the 300 who don't have used up one of their allocation.

 

No chance we are moving out of tier 3. Ifollow all around, boys and girls.

I am claret but not applying. Cannot see us out of tier 3 for some time.
As for the game itself hopefully we can somehow scrape an ugly win. Boy do we need one.

 

Created a problem we didn’t need to. Not sure why we didn’t just say these are the 2000 who are selected for this game. Every season ticket holder will get a game before it goes back around again to the beginning

 

No win situation for the club here. What if the club allocated to the first 2k as you suggest and only xyz% turned up, due to personal reasons, such as stated above.

Assume the game goes on, if only 1500 turned up, the club would be criticised.
On this, those who want to go and can go should be given the option of applying.

 

Why would fans get season tickets if they can’t go? What would they normally do?

 

Concerns around Covid, families et al

 

But in normal times there's always plenty who don't turn up for every game. Plus with Xmas, Covid/health fears, clearly there are plenty who won't want to go on the 19th. As stated previously, given we've got far more demand than supply, it would look a bit dense (and draw a lot of criticism) if the club decided which 2000 can go and then only 1200-1500 of them turned up.
Makes sense in the current climate that you have to apply for a ticket..

 

Highly doubt Bradford will be moving into T2 next week.
