Home friendly tickets

    Bought some tickets for the home friendly with doncaster. Somewhere along the process of buying there was a paragraph indicating you will be given a gate number and an entry time due to covid protocols.

    I've downloaded the tickets however there is no mention of entry times on them.

    Anyone else come across it? I've tried to replicate it to check however it must be post purchase so I can't check without buying another

    I was just about to get myself a ticket for the Doncaster game, but when I chose a ticket, it reckoned I'd already got three tickets in my basket. What's that all about?!

    To be honest it took me a while and a few goes, when I first logged it told me I had more than I was allowed.

    I then asked for four using three members and that weren't good enough either. Had to get a mate to buddy up as a family and friend just to add the fourth ticket.

    Seemed odd for one ticket per person only given it was general sale, but I assumed perhaps they hadn't altered the season ticket allowance

    What a palaver! Cheers anyway. Think I'll leave it a couple of days to see if they manage to sort it out.

    On the website it says "Ahead of matchday, each supporter who has secured their place will be given a designated arrival time and turnstile - which they will be admitted in - to watch the action unfold. A comprehensive matchday guide will be published ahead of each game, including everything you need to know on the clash. !

    I've also not got anything on my ticket either so presume this will be sent via email before the game which seems a bit of a risk as I can see a lot of people not seeing or pretending not to see the email and turned up last minute as usual.

    I get that the club want fans to feel safe etc but after reading those comments on the website I'll be giving the friendlies a miss .
