    Recalled from Cleethorpes today.

    I think today is the last day clubs in non-league can take a player on loan so suspect he will be recalled with a view to going out on loan again rather than coming back for a place in the squad unless one of Walker or Doyle are injured.

    Not sure who is the better to be honest but I do know when he was sent to avenue on loan for a month, they signed another keeper within a week and he was back with us before you could say boo.

    Whether they felt he wasn't good enough (from memory he looked a little on the small or slight side) or whether he was always an emergency one game fill I don't know

    Richardson has always looked dodgy in the away games I have seen him warm up with goalie and goalie coach spending most of him time getting the ball out of the net rather than saving shots

    With him not going out on loan again that suggests to me that there is an injury to Walker or Doyle and we need him to cover on the bench rather than pulling Hadi out of the u19s match today. As Cleethorpes are part time I'd assume he will train with us some days in the week so I wouldn't imagine he's been recalled to have a look at him in training as we could do that already.
