I don't get people looking back fondly at violence in the past but having a go at the thugs at Hartlepool. All wrong in my book and its not just 'Yoof', their leaders are knocking on 60 and are present at most away fixtures.

 

Agreed. I find all this misty eyed nostalgia for the thuggery of the 60s, 70s & 80s pretty distasteful. I wasn't in Bradford until 1980 but I saw plenty of it at Upton Park in the 70s and it always sickened me.
