    Moved to Aberdeen from NAC Breda. Could never understand why we let him go, promising full back, scored those belters against Aldershot in FA Cup replay. Had he of stayed and progressed like he was showing, could of got abit of money for him I reckon..

    We had Meredith. He'd have spent 2 years on our bench so I'm struggling to see how he'd have progressed or improve.

    He did the right thing moving on or his career might have stalled somewhat.

    I would of played him over Meredith. Dont get what the hype is over him. Half and half defensively, trotting down the left wing, with no final product. Leigh was strong, pacey and could deliver.

    The "hype" is that one's a championship player and the other one has just signed for a team in a pub league.

    We let him go because you can't hold players back who're ready for regular football. Meredith was a better player and still is. Leigh was over-rated. Decent enough, but not good enough to oust Meredith. If he'd had Chicksen in his way, he'd still be here and it wouldn't be a conversation.
