Abbo’s job was to scout players, not necessarily to recruit them. Rahic did that. Either way we have signed players of a poor standard. Abbo should have known that.

Grayson said the squad was imbalanced and now it looks like we’ve made the same mistake this season. Abbo should have known that. Maybe he did. It’s Rahic’s call.

Rahic chose Collins. Abbo should have known it was ridiculous. Maybe he did. It was Rahic’s call.

Abbo then accepted the coaching role which to me was condoning the Collins appointment. This time it was Abbo’s call. He could have said no.

Even though he may have argued against Rahic’s ideas and plans, he has backed him every time. Abbo has shown poor judgement backing the deluded Rahic. He should have said ‘no more’. He did n’t and he should now pay the price.

 

Abbo reccomends players who he knows full well will be knocked back or not be prepared to accept financial terms Keiffer Moore being a prime example what a waste of everyone's time that was
He is basically on a hiding to nothing other than with the players who are desperate to ressurect a failing career or are really not good enough. Even the dream players who are young and look like they may have a bit of value in the future are going elsewhere
Abbo must be held partly responsible however the biggest failure is the clubs blueprint
