Neville seems to be biting the hand that fed him handsomely. It's an ill conceived comparison, both matters deserve better debate than this

Wonder if Neville commented on workers conditions whilst he was working for beIN whilst over there? Or did he keep his paymasters happy whilst accepting cash from the Qatari’s

 

The hypocrisy is astounding from both him and Linekar.

 

Both are virtue signalling morons. I have no time for such hypocrisy. And similar hypocrisy abounds all over the place. Narcissism and self indulgence masquerading as compassion. He's even losing credibility solely as a pundit given the backing he's offered previous colleagues/managers that sit at odds with the principles he espouses. A fan of 'managerial stability' but sacks his own managers on a whim. Happily speaks out against the Glazers now, but has remained silent for years when agitation might have made a difference.

Basically, he's an obnoxious tit.

 

I said either youre twisting the truth or you are dense. I didnt make any assertions. I think you know you were twisting the truth or maybe you didnt actually watch the entirety of what he said including the context. Either way its hardly my fault you approached the whole argument without much substance to back it up.

 

Should nurses be paid 'well'. Yes. But inflation level public sector increases will massively impact private sector workers and create as many issues as it solves.

Personally, I think a good start would be to go after removing the low value roles that have nothing to do with patient treatment in order to compensate critical roles. There's so much waste in the NHS as there is with other public sector organisations.

Addressing the drivers of inflation are where action is needed. But I think requires an unpopular tackling of certain ideologies that no politician will want to do.
