Sorare Pro Game Week 54

We have 3 specials this week. These are

• All Star - Any Card, Any Season. 2 Lineups allowed
• Ultra Defensive - Play with 2 keepers and 3 Defenders. 2 Lineups allowed
• La Liga Collection Special - Pick a team, Select 4 of their cards and 1 from any other. TBH not only do I not have any La Liga team I have 4 players for but there is one prize for each team and thats VIP tickets so imho this is more a 'I have some cars left over from a single team so I may as well use them' special more than a must have. (1 Lineup per team)

Apart from that we have the full Regular competition lineup in both In-Season and Classic

I got 3 essence from my 3 boxes. On 83 so hopefully after this game week I'll be back at 100 and will craft another card

 

Rivals is going well so far.We might just get promoted to Div 1 before it Rivals ends.

To aid us I think I'm going to not enter any teams over the weekend (or if I do will be late night South American matches) to prevent my usually Saturday and Sunday blood bath dragging us down

 

I'm assuming just like any unused level ups people had they will just vanish into the ether. Unless we get the replacement announced before then and they just turn them into something for that

 

I took a punt on the Burnley match as I needed one game for my next streak, though I had made a massive mistake as I was 20 points behind going into injury time but snatched the win by 6 points right at the end. Won me an 1x essence, improved my chances of being promoted and thankfully helped our aim to get promoted

 

I'm on for 12 boxes but missing out on any cards or cash. A couple of lineups I could still win cards or cash in if they go right but if I just keep my boxes over 6 I should hopefully get the 15 essence I need. Plus if I can get promoted in rivals and the squad does too that might help with my essence as well

 

We are but I'm not sure it's comfortable. To be safe I think we need to be over 90 but we are in that difficult situation where if we try and push for it we risk losing point while they gain so its hard to know what to do

 

Think we should be safe now as long as none of you do anything stupid

On pro I'm still on for 12 boxes but also at the moment getting 2 cards as well. Would certainly be happy if it stays like that but not sure it will, although I also have a whole lineup that hasn't played yet and a few lineups with a card or two still to play so maybe for any that drop off one of these will replace them

 

As part from @Chippy everyone options are more limited this game week I'm not doing a full thread. But here is all your data

You are lacking a Forward although Adrian who was a cup keeper is now their league keeper so might not play and Anderson might not play but if you want to take a punt on a team and need a striker here are a list of cheap of Forward here is a list of options who are almost certainly going to play. First two will only be usable as long as they are still in their regions champs league, the others are all in covered leagues

Olfasson broke his hand just before Denmark went on their winter break which is Lossl was playing. Certainly for the League we can pretty much assume Olfasson will start based on this GW but they might Lossl and keep him in for the European games as he performed fairly well

Although we have a couple of AFC Champions League matches still which might impact it, hopefully not too much.


I've generally been crafting at 100 just because in general a T3 should have some use unlike a T4/5 which is usually useless so even if you get the worst tier in the craft you had something useful.

It's always been a tough one though, you can craft 5 times if you do it at 20 which gives you a 60% chance of getting a t3 or higher in those 5 crafts but that means you still have a 40% chance of pulling a t4/5 on all 5. I would just generally prefer knowing I get a t3 and have a 50% chance of getting a t2 or better than having a 40% chance of getting useless cards
