He does only seem to put this effort in for United when Raiola has started acting a dick talking about him wanting away.

Mind you I also feel Pogba just isn't suited for English football. Notice how his great passes are almost always when he has time on the ball and no one presses him. No matter how much the English game has evolved over the last few decades we still have a style that's quicker and more physical and where players will close you down quick and hard when you get the ball. When that happens he panics and either misplaced his pass or holds onto it too long and gets robbed by the 5 foot 2, stick-thin player. Most United fans will argue that performances like here or the occasional times he shows up in the PL are enough to make keeping hold of him essential as we just need to unlock him but imho you could surround himself with the same players he plays with for France and he still wouldn't perform at the level he should be on a consistent basis so personally, I would get rid of him. When you can get a decent amount for a player who doesn't have the Football IQ to adapt to the English league made worse by him picking and choosing when to put in the effort it just seems daft to hang on the hope it finally clicks. You can get someone better suited and would do a better job even if they aren't technically as good
