Fundraising for Defibrillators

    An old family friend of mine is raising money to install publically accessable defibrillators.

    So far she has raised enough funds for two and is now working on funds for her third. This was all started after she had a heart attack and was saved by a defrib at a local site that her son knew about.

    If anyone can spare anything please donate.

    There was an interesting item about fundraising for defibrillators on Look North just now. Try and catch it later on the evening edition. One of the big issues is the VAT charges on them at point of purchase.
