so Scannell, Reeves, Jones, Gibson, the Goalkeeper and maybe some others I've missed out, are all fit now? Either it's as above "all fit amongst the uninjured" or Edin leaving is like Jesus pushing the rock away.

 

Away banker this one. The players will also be happpy with the off field uncertainty settled. I fully expect us to climb the league now I genuinely do.

 

Just listened to this interview, Hopkin says he has 22/23 players to choose from for this weekend. Now everyone who was fit and available was in the 18 last week, we know Akpan is back so the other 3/4 players are either Jones, Reeves, Riley, Scannell or Gibson. So one of the long term guys has made a miraculous recovery?

 

Or they have signed some people.

 

Doubt that. He pretty much said anyone who's out there is waiting for January now anyway.

Believe it or not though, individually speaking, we have have some very good players for this league - like it or not.

 

And if you read my later post - I’ll wait to be proved wrong. We may have some talented individuals, but it’s a team game and too many of the ‘supporting cast’ are, IMO, fecking shit!

 

I bet Man Utd fans are saying the same thing. How can a team with Paul Pogba in it be in 7th/8th? As Campbell says....it's a team game. Could have 11 world class players on the pitch, but if they don't play together, they are not going to win much.

no ones buying it. everyone knows that Rahic was a (at best) divisive figure, and sapped morale from the place. just because you backed the wrong horse, mate, you can keep your dignity and gain respect from people if you just admit you made an error of judgement. lots of other people managed it.

 

I do bet DH is under more pressure now. He's had the backroom shenanigans to fall back on, but now that's been removed, he doesn't have that excuse anymore. Very interested to see how the next few performances shape up.

 

Our current goal difference is also a negative should we actual get even on points with the team in 20th position

 

I'm always a bit sceptical in using stats as if you used the last three games we would move up the form table but if you used the last game we would shoot down. No matter how you polish it though we need to step. Looks like we need to win one and draw one out of every 3 sets of games.
