Bolton got promoted when the players were paid late 3 out of the 10 months of the season under Parkinson, they were a complete shambles off the pitch. Blame Rahic for plenty but come Saturday 3pm if the players don't perform it's down to them and the coaching staff, no excuses for them about backroom bullsh*t. Coventry, Blackburn, Blackpool and Bolton have all been promoted in the last couple of years, 3 of them have had huge protests against the owners and all have had financial difficulties. These are supposed to be professionals, it's their job to perform when it matters not the chairmens.

 

Totally agree with this comment, Collins and the players have to show that all the talk from the coach and various players that what has been on offer so far 'is just not good enough' becomes more than just words - at the very least there has to be a committed display with some signs of a shape and understanding beginning to form. On another point I am staggered after another inept display last weekend that more players have so far left the club than being added to what we have on offer but to be honest my confidence in ER and MC is becoming non existent, everything either of them says just feels me feeling more deflated - I dont want this to be the case but sadly nothing that is happening at our club is raising my hopes that a turnaround is likely. Sorry all
