    Can one of the people in the know on matters financial please tell me what the bit ringed in red actually means. I have just bought a car from this company and seeing that,it looks bad.
    I bloody hope I'm wrong and it's all legit.

    They should not be actively trading if they are at this stage. Unless it was a private sale of course. If not you should contact companies house to advise that the company is still trading

    First step is make sure there is no outstanding finance on the car unless it is your finance agreement and that you have title to the car (not a registration Doc as that does not prove title)
