But to be honest I find this one a little puzzling, along with the Lee Angol signing these are the two signings I don't quite get. Let's be honest, if McCall had signed a centre back who was released from a National League team people would be asking serious questions. Adams has a good record so he deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt, but it still seems a bit odd.

 

I make that a squad of 23 so far if my maths is still okay. So unless the likes of Watt and maybe Evans, who is on record as not being a fan of Adams, get a move elswhere, we can only expect one more signing.

What I'm most surprised about is that he's got two years.

Complete waste of a squad player imo and all those having a go at me please do it next May when you're proven wrong.
