You do know that if City wanted 200k for Doyle due to having pocketed money and being more desperate it will more than likely go up to 250-300k.
The desperation from Swindon of Doyle is small time and embarrassing.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
He’s worthless to you. Owners are businessmen. They won’t pass up the chance to get decent money for an asset that will be worth nothing after Jan 31st. And, surely, you don’t really think they’ll keep a non performing Doyle just to inconvenience us? Don’t be so naive. -

Currently they've no money
It's up to Derby if they want to sell their player.
It's up to Derby when they want to sell their player
We've a match on Tuesday.
When selling a player it's the transfer fee that counts. 200k up front should be the asking price. Now even if Derby sell their player doesn't mean that Swindon will get what's up to them upfront.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

It's up to Derby if they want to sell their player. As he's is a Derby player your correct.
It's up to Derby when they want to sell their player. Again your correct nothing Swindon can do to escalate the situation.
We've a match on Tuesday. So have Swindon what's your point, and we'll have Vaughan back from suspension.
When selling a player it's the transfer fee that counts. 200k up front should be the asking price. Now even if Derby sell their player doesn't mean that Swindon will get what's up to them upfront, And as a selling club I very much doubt we would get the full transfer fee up front, transfer dealings are usually paid in installments ie Wells, McBurnie, Hanson, Cleverly, Wisdom. -
Doing deals last minute are extremely risky for a selling club because the replacement has to be one that pleases the fans.
We've a game tomorrow, game on Tuesday- now if we lose both, then sell Doyle to you all then lose on the Saturday I would say the chants of "we want Bowyer out" or "we want Rupp out" will firm start! Think if we win the next 2 and you offer serious money like 200k and we have a name that fans will be happy with a replacement we could do business.
However, I don't believe you all have the money.. set of game players!Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

The Bruno deal for Utd sporting want 47m up front. It's the norm now
Way wait 4 years for 200k? I wouldn't trust any club to be in business outside the PL in 4 years.
If Rhodes want me to take over negotiations then I will for a fee but he should get 200k up front no problem! If he can't do that when they're so bloody desperate then another reason why he has to go.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
I can't work you out Fordy. Earlier in the thread, you said we should stop playing the 'poor card' and pay up for Doyle. Now you don't seem to think we have the cash. So which one is it? -

To be honest all I know is that you're all desperate and Bradford City need to stand their ground.
Set of game players and with game players you can't get mugged off.. need to stand your ground. Fee - 200k upfront or bye. I would like to think this is the case.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
No assists, no goals and about 2 shots at goal, pulling out of 50/50's
