    Can you get rid of the banner that says "Oh no, you may not be receiving emails from us", or at least give us the option to close it? Gets in the way and I have no intention of setting up a Yahoo or Google email address.

    Could you all logout and then click forgotten password and request a new password and let me know if you get the email (if the email arrives just ignore it though unless you really want to change your password)

    We have switched email provider and they promise better deliverability to Microsoft accounts (and other email providers) so hopefully, emails from the site should now make their way through every time

    I don't know if you had already tried but if you had please try again as @king karl@king karl had managed to break the email sending by adding his email on the end of the email address it sends from so for the last 4 months it's actually not been sending ANY email at all.

    Depends on how you have your notifications set. It could include things like emails about being mentioned, emails about receiving a PM, emails about a thread you have subscribed to having a reply or emails about a paid sub ending. The bigger thing is forgotten password emails or for new users their verification emails to they can activate their account

    I'm receiving email notifications on Outlook about PM conversations and I got a digest email in June as well as the notification of the Euros Prediction League.
    Sounds like mine is working ok.

    I never receive emails but think that is cos I’ve turned everything off.

    I can put them back on for a bit if you want @SimonW@SimonW for testing purposes?

    Unlike me who has emails switched off but I still get a dozen a day to my hotmail account.

    I don't want other email accounts.

    How do I turn emails off properly?

    I have just made sure all the little boxes that say and emails are unticked in my preferences and the update is set to yearly
