Brilliant news. Rupp has to get more involved with running the club alongside Julian so jr knows whats required. Rhodes is only taking over until the end of the season at the moment, so it'll be interesting if Rupp has any other investors lined up in future.
Rupp has spent a lot of money this season, and will have to spend a lot more in the next month or two to save us from relegation. Not to mention the amount we've lost in ticket revenues and sponsorship. I'm surprised he's taken this long to realise how useless Rahic was and to get rid.

I see where you’re coming from but I’d shake his hand and wish him all the best. He was incompetent and out of his depth but he’s still a human being.

 

Good news - hopefully we can restore the clubs credibility within the football circles and agents / players will be more willing to listen to our contract offers and who knows sign up to help to ascend up the league. Mr Rhodes will be rebuilding a lot of damaged bridges.

Maybe this is the very beginning of a real upturn in our fortunes.

With Rahic gone we can now unite fully behind Rupp, Rhodes, Hopkin and the team. I wish I could get to the next home game against Walsall, the atmosphere is going to be immense.

Hopefully we can avoid relegation but even if we don't this could be the major turning point.

It sounds like Rupp is serious about City and if that's true he has sufficient resources to get us to the Championship at least.

At the very least we have our club back from the clutches of a megalomaniac and we can rally behind our team once more as a united fan base.
