    The fact that he acted so fast to appoint someone in time for the Charlton game says a lot, he knew what was coming at the Charlton game, that home game was gonna be one big toxic atmosphere all aimed at him

    Now its gonna be a new boss with his first game.

    I dont think anyone will want any negativity from the stands when its a new managers first game.

    I say manager but may be coach, hope edin has learned his lesson to lay off team selection, dont wanna see a bench like that again that we had on Saturday


    EDIN IF YOU ARE GONNA LET THE NEW GUY DO THE JOB, AND GET ON WITH IT, WE ARE READY TO FORGIVE YOU!! Please let it happen and stick to non football side of things

    I'd be amazed if he didn't know about the general opinion in the fanbase, and indeed that more and more people were turning against him.

    whether that means he reads the forum i don't know, but he'd have to be living under a rock to not know what was coming.

    When you say, "Non football side of things" do you mean not trying to appoint football managers, buy football players, or have "a vision" that involves a football club? You don't have to be a "football man" to be an effective administrator within a football club but you also have to accept your limitations and not pretend to yourself you know things you don't just because you want to.

    It reminds me of the time my sister tried to open a clothes shop because she liked clothes and having a clothes shop was her dream. She had no idea what she was doing, the shop was sh1t, the shop went bust, she cried and then realised she would have to go back to her old job.

    The rather stark figures in the Owners Poll, is a clear and unequivocal message, that apart from a tiny minority the membership of Bantam Talk does not have confidence in Mr Rahic and Mr Rupp.

    For me they have bought time. However their performance will be closely monitored.

    However I am mindful of the comment, "The decision is based on an unsatisfactory start to the season and performances have not been good enough."

    So if the performance is still not good enough in a few weeks, then it cannot just be down to the Manager/Coach and something else will have to change!!

    As much as I'd like to think this is Edin's doing and he has taken a step back, I'm not convinced Stefan hasn't had some serious input, he's the big looser financially it the club goes tits up.

    I'm not sure.

    I think Mr Rupp's interest has flatlined at negligible. He's probably mentally written this off, if not financially.

    Mr and Mrs Rahic will be the big losers if we were to go down. A big incentive to do some soul searching and admit that plan A isn't working.
