DMH wasn't getting in even before we signed that lad from Leeds. I can't imagine any scenario where he'd have broken back in.

But, listen, Stuart gave him a pretty decent chance to shine, he got quite a few minutes, so we can't say he wasn't given an opportunity.

I can imagine French getting a club like Oldham, maybe, if they're selling players because they're skint; DMH could really use a step down though and look to rebuild. A few goals and assists in a first team environment could do him wonders.

No malice at all though, good luck to him. Always gave his all, just never anywhere near good enough.

 

I don’t think any amount of training will improve him. To be honest, I’ve played with better players on a Sunday morning. His positioning, lack of basic knowledge, fear of taking on a defender are just some of his weaknesses. I reckon he’ll pack in soon enough and take up another career. There’s only so many chances you get to make it in football and he’s gone backwards at an alarming rate. Wish him all the luck in his next venture.

 

Get him on radio L999ds in place of AK.

Good luck to him. Didn't work out either time. Just didn't show anything to get a starting spot this season. Hope he gets a spot at a club where he can get a run of games and the chance to show he can build a career.

 

Feel a bit sorry for the lad, but he really wasn't up to it.

 

Transfer policy this window is absolutely spot on, we have improved all over the park and strengthened the squad no end. It is tough on these players especially in the current climate, but hopefully it gives them a better chance of getting fixed up. Good luck DMH/ French!

 

Why feel sorry for him? Hes had decent wages for his time with us, he just wasn't up to it end off, Sutton showed he was up to it and look at him now, Henry had same chance, all he had to do was show he was better in his own position, better than an aging Billy Clarke or evo both playing out of position!

 

Hope DMH and French go on and find clubs. For us this is another correct decision in our jan recruitment as neither Would figure and the wages could be used better elsewhere. We’ve managed to shift out those who weren’t playing or contributing bar Ishmael who seems permanently injured. The incomings seem positive. Overall it’s the best jan window for years. However the bar was scraping the floor.

 

To be honest, I know some players who played against him at youth level who says he's a very good player.

I don't think he'll improve with training, but he could grow if he gets a run of games at a level he can influence. The problem is, League Two is not that level.

 

The club and fans seem to be in accord
with what was wanted for outgoings and
a decent number of signings with Rowe
looking especially good business.
