I have just ventured into the new system. I noticed that there isn’t an option to pay by DD monthly?

 

Yes noticed they had £10 on but that was for two tickets. I got all the way to complete purchase and no sign of the option. Don’t take this is as it sounds but do I go all the way before I get the option?

I got the same email and haven't renewed either. I feel like it's a marketing plan? Which is going to be horribly misjudged and lead to a busy day on the ticket office phoneline.

 

I think the same happened last year as well where they sent the thank you email to everyone rather than those that had rebewed

 

I also have renewed along with my Dad and was never in doubt we are life long city fans through good and bad.

I will say one thing the club do not deserve the fans the way they treat them.

Like a lot of people a couple of years ago we paid 5 pound for the season ticket cards which we was told would last 5 years.

Now we are been told you can have another card but must pay for this and the 3 very rude guys in the club shop said show me where it said the old ticket lasts 5 years.

Its not the costs for me or my Dad and i am happy to have it on my phone but my Dad is 70 and in the era of not understanding technology and believe he was treated like dirt on this a man who was there when the fire broke out well before these 3 jobs worths were there

I would love a contact at the club to email this to if anyone has any.

 

You can have your father’s ST on your phone as well as your own, but I understand he probably wants his own. @Blakey99

 

Wonder if that will be an option on the new system? or if we will have to revert to screenshots of the second tickets

 

Just think it will be more that you put it in your Google/Apple Wallet rather than have it in the App.

 

Ah sorry I forgot that. It will be impossible to have two tickets in your wallet then. They are individual to each person’s Apple/Google account. Difficult for fans like @Blakey99 who cannot always attend and his Dad struggles with tech, and probably doesn’t have a smart phone?

 

I renewed in C block main stand.
I meet up with some folk pre-match who all sit in the kop. I like half-way line viewing.
I might re-locate back to suites when free-for-all ends..
It's a Social Thing, as much as a Bantams Thing.
