As an exiled, self confessed plastic city supporter I have been reading with interest most of the posts on here for the last few weeks.
Living on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border the upcoming Peterborough game is my closest of the season. Obviously if we were riding high I'd be going as though I'd been to every match, bought every shirt, etc, etc.

I want to go and see for myself, but I'm not sure what I'd be watching? The game, the players, the manager, the executive boxes, fellow supporters? So should I go?
I guess it's like hearing there has been an incident down the road and the police are there and all of a sudden you are happy to walk the dog!?

Should I go? I'm worried I'd enjoy the drama more than the game?? There is a negative bandwagon type of mentality I'm struggling with?

No go and see, you never know they might get a point, then you would be able to join in the misery fest sorry I meant debate on Saturday night.

Bassong best not turn up unless he wants embarrassing for 90 mins then IB.....

Just go to the game @LeicsBantam@LeicsBantam then you can see for yourself how we play. My first game this season was last weekend, i would always have gone but i wanted to see in the flesh if it was as bad as most were saying. And yes, it was. But at least now a bit of the guess work is gone.

Don’t bother mate, there’s less painful things to do on Saturday afternoon’s at the minute like shopping with the missus, or watching paint dry.

Get over and watch the game. Despite all the negativity, it's a game, win lose or draw.

Sink a couple in the barge ( pub on the canal), bit of grub and all will be good.

It sounds like you will be well prepared for the game and indeed the experience. I guess it will be a season, where in the future, you can say, ‘I was there’ and it ‘really was that bad’! Enjoy it like watching some of these ridiculous so called ‘celebrity shows’!

Put it this way, a lad at work follows his team all over, after a game against us he said we’re the worst team he’s seen in ages, can’t pass the ball five yards, no talent and no goals. You’re shit and going down was his parting comment. I wouldn’t give bollock chops Edin the satisfaction of seeing people paying to watch them. If you go, don’y buy your ticket in advance, I believe Edin gets a small cut of it and you’re only encouraging him giving him money.

I went to watch my local team, Chertsey Town FC instead of making one of my local games today. There was seriously more effort and talent on the pitch than what I saw on Tuesday, and sounds like there was today.

If you value your weekends, get angry by watching your team put in a pathetic excuse of a performance, then don’t go!
