    Common or garden spaghetti. Quorn and plant chef meatballs for the bolognaise. Mrs has corgetti spaghetti, she makes spaghetti like spirals out of courgette and has that instead of pasta. Surprisingly nice, same with cauli rice.

    Cauliflower rice is ok if you hold your nose and eat...we found some pizza bases made outta cauliflower, they were really nice.

    she does her pizza using a portobello mushroom as the base (i said that was a stuffed mushroom but she gave me short shrift). I wasn’t convinced with the cauli stuff but tbh i thought it was nice, you eat it with whatever the sauce bit is anyway. Cauli mash was very nice too, she’s heard of the pizza bases but not tried them yet. Will have a look.
