    When Mrs bbb and I went to New York for my birthday a few years ago we went to a NY Rangers v Ottawa Senators ice hockey game at MSG.
    There was a fight in the first 5 minutes and the hatred towards the Canadian team was palpable.

    The national anthem was actually impeccably respected but as soon as it finished the atmosphere turned very ugly.

    Been a long day.

    just before going to pick the boy up from my parents after lunch we got a panicked call from my dad to say my mum wasn’t well and to get there asap. I sped over in the car breaking numerous speed limits followed by the Mrs doing the same.

    999 called, Mrs sent to fetch defibrillator from the local church, waited 1hour 45 for ambulance. My mum was taken to BRI. Now admitted due to possible heart attack or angina attack.

    Never a dull moment in our family :)
