    Just to make you feel worse if we projected what we've achieved so far then we will finish with 46 points.....
    Home: 2 x games averaged 2 points per game = 46pts
    Away: 2 x games averaged 0 points per game = 0pts
    But a win against Hartlepool would increase the projection to 69 pts by increasing our away average to 1 pt per away game

    Budget at this level means very little. What matters is hard work, team cohesion and momentum. It’s a cliche but anyone can beat anyone and our superiority complex does us not favours at all.

    TBF to MH, I don't think there is such a thing as a false 10.
    MH clearly believes this is the right way to play. I think he'll be working on us getting better at it, rather than ripping it up and starting again.

    Nonsense without a doubt the aim is promotion this season with the basis of a squad ready for next. Now that’s the aim of course targets are often missed

    Yes it's still early but I'm struggling to see what Angol and Oliver bring to a starting team. They seem more suited to a hoof it up front and keep it there to see the rest of the game out tactic. We need to be running at teams and shooting on site and these 2 can't do that

    I thought Angol did fine on the left. A couple of nice bits of skill. Did his job defensively.
    He made some good runs inside, one resulting in the 1 on 1, which went wide and the other in the first half the ball wasn't delivered from midfield.
    If Angol or Young on the left is one of our main worries, we'll be up there.

    The thing I took from Saturday’s game was how we managed it in the heat. As we progress through the season I am looking forward to seeing us raise our game as the weather becomes more favourable. There is a lot more to come from this team on Saturdays showing.

    This sent me down a bit of a spiral, not sure if it is advertised or suggested anywhere but I think 'our' Bantam is an Old English Game Bantam. which was belived to be breed for cockfighting, explains why they are so ferocious! Photo attached. Had no idea there were so many bantam breeds. [​IMG]

    Not so great so far. Gilliead broken things up well a few times. Young looks great coming on as sub. Not really doing it as yet tonight. Feel sorry for Oliver, getting very little decent service. However, still 0-0.

    Another needless free kick to give away and we yet again pay the penalty. Too many off their game but I cannot understand how much time we take out of the game through our snail like movement at the back.
