From the electric atmosphere to the awesome displays, it was a fantastic occasion and one I will personally never forget. I know Mark and Glyn feel the same way.

On the flip side, it was devastating to lose Emmanuel Osadebe after just five minutes to a horrific injury which, in many ways, clouded the whole day and visibly affected our players, and overall performance.

This, coupled with Doncaster’s style of play, certainly left something of a sour taste. I have also since held conversations with the head of the Professional Game Match Officials Board, and had it confirmed by the body that the match referee made a number of errors, none more so than the failure to dismiss Liam Ravenhill for a challenge which will leave Emmanuel sidelined for a lengthy period, while Liam himself was able to return to action the following week.

 

Unless they've been given a further allocation on top of the extra 259 and sold them it does sound a bit like someone is massaging the numbers.

 

Bugger attendances, atmosphere and you folk, with excuses plenty from weddings to holidays.

Nearing 18,500 tickets sold already - that’s including 1,950 from Doncaster.

I didn’t miss kick off, but looked hell of a two hat in my Prince of Wales suit in the Bradford End!
Back to the reception after 90 mins. Nobody batted an eyelid!

 

Well i am now well and truly pissed off. Bloody wedding. just had a look at the ticket website. Lots of blocks with limited availability and some with none. Club saying other 18000 sold as of this morning. its going to be some atmosphere.
Will someone shout and clap extra hard to cover for my absence.

 

A couple more blocks sold out and more gone to limited availability, looking likely we'll beat the Carlisle attendance from last season. Lower tier of the JCT600 stand almost sold out and almost all single seats left.

Crichlow has been superb so far.

 

I'm afraid we'll have to get used to these frustrating matches at home this season.

And to think some were saying "let's play Songo'o" and "we don't need a ball playing centre half for this match"

I’m absolutely fuming after that!!!! Aside from the horror tackle we simply didn’t do enough in the game to deserve winning it.
Yes Donny were time wasting but why do we persist with the slow build ups, pandering to let Donny stifle things.
And I’m sorry but Oliver was poor today and will quickly become focus for boo boys if he carries on like that.

 

We need wingers. Based on that performance; we can’t rely solely on our full backs to create chances
