I can only think of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast and perhaps Liverpool to a lesser extent where Religion determines which team you support.

BPA ,aka the stans wore green and white due to the influence of an early manager Tom Maley ex Celtic and probably had their better years then.
Their original colours are closer to Bradford Northern

I remember being in the pub full of Rangers fans before Stuart’s testimonial game. That was certainly a crash course in sectarian politics for me

I do remember. The Celtic rangers chants in the rangers chants and a big split in there and then a violent Hokey Cokey lol lol. Or am I dreaming.
