Me and the Mrs are going, 7ish train from Leeds, just looking for a stop off before Charlton for food and beers. Greenwich looks like an option.
Remaining away tickets bought. Don't know what all the fuss is about, we've been shite before. Just have to have been around a bit longer to realise its not all Wembley trips and big FA cup games, this is City.

 

Based in Essex so this was a 100% go for me and Junior HendrieFC at the start of the season. Now I won’t even be following the match on ifollowbantams. Not spending another penny on this shower.

Been looking forward to this game for a long time, always enjoyed the South East London games and always great to catch up with friends.

I think I'll still go into town and have a few drinks with those that make it down but doubt I'll go watch the game and ruin a perfectly decent day out.

Despite being a distance from Bradford for the past 16 years, my enthusiasm for the club hasn't waned, until this season. Just a strange, numb feeling now.

 

It's an easy one for me to get too. But after witnessing what that lot have served up the last 2 weeks, forget it. I won't be going

For all sorts of reasons, this lot don’t deserve any support whatsoever. We need massive change at the club and fans staying away sends that message loud and clear. In fact, I’d argue that by going and offering support, you’re actively supporting the circus that we’ve become and doing us more damage.

 

My Mrs suggested some “thing” on Saturday at 5pm, before saying “oh, damn you’re watching football”. For the first time this season I said, don’t worry about it, let’s go. I can’t even be bothered to spend 6€ watching it on the telly, so God knows how some feel about spending 100 quid on an away day,
Sad times.

 

Defo going yes we are a shower of shite but city are my club and I will support them through think and thin .

 

I’d normally be part of that, but after Oxford I’ve thrown in the towel for this season. I’m very supportive of Bowyer and hope the contract is agreed ASAP, but I’m not supporting the majority of this squad for what they have shown over the past 8 weeks. I’ll go and support a team who have the desire to put in effort and at least compete. I have no doubt there will be an improvement on that front vs last weeks debacle, but it won’t be enough to even paper over cracks. Suspect there will be a few down here in the same boat and won’t be there tomorrow as they usually would be.

I’ll happily pick up next season. Plus, Chertsey Town FC have their FA Vase semi final second leg against Northwich Vic!!

 

If there were no away fans, I’d expect an away win. At least there’d be no one to have a go at the precious souls. All this negativity from the fans is the real problem! Not them simply being absolutely hopeless.

 

Good for you, you're username suits you, as loyal as they come money no object .

 

A large contingent will be southern based fans, usually is for our London trips.

Well Well seeing as I can't get my money back for the train and the hotel, there's no way I'm going to London for a weekend and not watching city, no matter how bad we've been.

its a no from me, i didn't go on saturday. ill be back next season when we have a team who actually want to fight for the club.
