Charlie

Popped into Spoons for a coffee, just had a lovely chat with Charlie in there before.he sets off for Derby. Reminiscing of the old pubs and clubs around Manningham and White Abbey with another old boy. Great chat, brought back memories of my dad. Lovely fella is Charlie.

 

You must have a good job mate an hour having coffee \with Charlie in Spoons, an hour on the dog & bone with me yesterday and were still no wiser with regards Jake Youngs future .

Had a brief chat with Charlie during the break yesterday. All is well, he said his finger is on the mend after they “ have shaved off some of the bone”.

He’s back on form, entire second half spent picking on their keeper. Poor lad didn’t know what hit him!

 

Be a sad day when i can no longer chew the fat with Charlie at a city game. His enthusiasm for the game puts some to shame.

 

Is that before he gets pi$$ed up or after?

 

To be fair his enthusiasm probably puts every sane football fan in the country to shame.He must be our most famous supporter now.

 

Both, seen him in sober and part comatosed. Always been able to have a conversation with him and always been respectful. That said I'm not easily offended like some seem to be.

 

He wasn’t Aide . Fully normal conversation at half time . Keeper got both barrels though.
