According to Fordy Rhodes is still pulling all the strings behind the scenes and Sparks is just a puppet fronting it all. Well thats what he used to say, wonder if he has changed his mind?

 

Sounds like a good one, and presumably well known and thought of by Billy Clarke as he played in same Grimsby team. A bit different to anyone we have on contract, though not sure how he compares to our loan wingers/wing backs.

At 24 he's a lot younger than our other two signings up front so, hopefully if he proves himself at City, there's always the chance of a decent fee if we flog him later on.

Should be good as long as his knee holds up. He has been injured a lot this season.
Definitely a getting better players in than we have released.

 

Good player. Disappointed when he left. Scored a worldly "Ryan Giggs" solo goal against Colchester. Coaches often get annoyed by his reluctance to do the team work like tracking back etc which may have something to do with his release - however very much a confidence player and when he's confident he's good!
