Excellent news Stefan Rupp deserves credit for backing the club in this transfer window.

Some signing that. The difference this window compared to windows gone by is pretty remarkable. Even if we can't make up for the lost time this season, the proactive nature of the club's recruitment bodes well for the future. Bring on the second half of the season!

Well if it hasn't Rupp has somehow managed to find a forward gear in his top of the range Merc, no co-incidence that on his last day Junior extends the contract of our under performing management duo and as soon as his motor has exited the space reserved for CEO, his 29 year old replacement puts a bomb under everything Rhodes did.

Despite what fordy thinks, and says, I'd say Sparks has firmly got the controls in his hands and is making a very noticeable difference.

First rate signing. Offers pace and skill that is the icing on the cake. Solid foundations have been built, now a bit of flare to go with it. Genuinely really excited by this signing and for the rest of the season. Fair play to those in charge, best window in as long as I can remember!!

Why would you move Cooke out of a role he's done so well in? Same for Rowe.

 

Vernham is box office, this lad will get you off your seat. Just the sort of player we needed, especially pace which we badly lack upfront.

 

Culture change- have you noticed the permanent signings City are making are for just 18 months, Vernam,Rowe and Canavan.
Even chelsea only gave their new temporary manager an 18 month deal.
No team has folded this season but times are hard as these players coming out of contract are going to find out.

In this transfer window we’ve beaten off stiff competition more times than the girls on Fake Taxi!

He looks exciting on that clip at Grimsby when he’s skinning the entire opposition.

Wouldn’t drop Evans on his current form either, CV will most likely come in for Clarke at the weekend who looked to have picked up a knock and that’ll be the only change. Rightfully so.

 

Forgive me for being apprehensive, but his goalscoring record for a forward is pretty terrible..

I don't quite get all the excitement looking at his woeful scoring record at pretty much every he went apart from 3 goals in 4 4 games for Chorley.
