Looks unlikely now. Hope the game later has as much energy and incident as this one so far. Won't match it for atmosphere though

When you see how much you get for being relegated from the prem and what you get for winning the spl it's no wonder. A few years ago it was 60 mill v 2 mill. They'll never compete in Europe because of tv money....they used to do pretty well before all the sky shite. It's no different down here...money wins most times. What have Man City won with all their millions? Same situation down here it's just that there are fewer teams so it concentrates the problem. Let's see what the diving, cheating ponces manage at Wembley before slagging off something you might not know much about. Not a Celtic fan btw

Fair point about the tv money but it doesn’t change the fact that Scottish football is a joke. Their is no competition at all, it’s so predictable and boring season after season.

The quality is also very poor, Celtic are a championship quality team which is shown every time they play in Europe.

But they can produce a better cup final than the toffs from the prem. Of course they're at championship level but given they get less tv money than half the championship clubs they're doing ok. If it's just quality that floats your boat why follow city? So called quality doesn't always produce entertainment and if you follow your logic half the efl might as well feck off due to their "lack of quality". Did you enjoy the competition in the prem this season? Loads more teams, loads more money...no competition whatsoever....an even bigger joke I'd say.

This premier league season proves how much more exciting the premier league is. Last seasons champions came 5th and last season’s 3rd placed team ran away with it this season. All 3 promoted teams stayed up and 3 established premier league teams got relegated. That kind of change and surprise season over season is something the Scottish league doesn’t offer.

As for the cup final. Everyone knew it would be a dull game. That’s nothing to do with the league but the managers of the two teams. Had it been Man City, Liverpool, Spurs in the final it would have been far more exciting.
