I actually believe now that Sparks is in despair, he’s almost certainly been turned down by his choice and it’s just nonsense that they are taking their time to get the right man. This is Sparks lowest time in his CEO career.

 

So we now have the second choice caretaker manager in charge
We are not even tin pot anymore we are worse
Confirms MH was rightly fired but with absolutely no idea as to who was taking over or plan b
Surely not even @Park bantam can defend this sh1t show

 

Why now? Awful news to put out just before a match. They could have waited until after the match. You know what they say if it looks like a duck quacks like a duck, it is a duck.

As usual, I think things are worse than they are. But just to speculate. There has been no formal recruitment process to up-date the media on until now, because there has not been one. For the last month, the CEO and Board have hoped our first caretaker manager could keep us at least mid-table until March, then announce a new manager before the sale of new STs/ merchandise.

Doubtful anybody credible manager has approached or been approached by the Club in recent weeks, but even if they have they are now long gone and happily being considered elsewhere.

There is a hope that all this baffoonery is due to a buy out, but again highly doubtful.

I'm 60 in February and I can't recall us being run by such a clown, even when we were owned by a travel agent and a pet shop owner.

Fair play but the evidence from his own mouth isn’t on film . I have checked all the vids for “ I do not want the manager role”. It just doesn’t exist .
In reality we don’t know if he applied and didn’t get it,which could be one reason why he’s said enough is enough? As I said earlier interesting !

 

Of course there's several reasons why after a month we're now in the bizarre situation of swapping temporary managers.
However after a month, its looking quite feasible that the clubs first choice appointment has changed his mind almost at the 11th hour, leaving us back with the short list, of candidates maybe already having been told their services weren't required.
Who know's?
Id be interested to one day find out whats caused this strange situation
