I recon they will stay where they are
They will lose so much support it would be financial suicide
Cant see many more than a couple of thousand traveling anywhere out of Bradford

Sad to see people openly happy/not caring about this. Only people that suffer here are Bradfordians, once again. Wether you like the Bulls or not, it’s another business moved away from the city.

At least when they start playing up at Dewsbury, they’ll be able to see how it’s done. I work just down the road from there. The all weather training pitches at the side are in use almost every night, and not just for Rugby. The car park’s used for learner motorcyclists everyday, the conference facilities are regularly used by workers who don’t have a base to meet up, British Gas, AA etc. They’ll be making a nice little sum other than just on match days. The stadium is tidy too. Even the car boot is decent on a Sunday....The Bulls would do well to replicate something like that in Bradford, perhaps with a slightly bigger stadium.

Here's an example of a club with a vision and a council willing to support. Lots of similarities with City and the Bulls in this article.

How come the City is getting bigger but the centre gets ever more empty?
Anyway.........I won't live long enough to see a modern Bulls/City stadium/complex, I doubt my kids will either. The problem for both clubs is that they have nothing of value to kickstart anything, nothing to bring to the table, two seriously underachieving clubs with no assets, how Bradfud!
Neither can do something like say St Helens, sell real estate to fund the construction of a new stadium. I'd happily leave VP without a backward glance but I think the best we can hope for is a new Bulls stand for the MR in a council owned VP. But given both clubs recent and past history of administrations and trying to renege on deals/responsibilities, that would probably be hard sell to the tax payer and rightly so.Cityboy and Rogered Tart like this. -
Build a ground we wouldn't all fit in? Sounds a bit ludicrous to me..over the moon if true as I am 30 seconds walk away, but i reckon there is more chance of plaiting fog

It’s a basket case club ….Wont be long before they play at Peel Park .
A once proud club placed in the hands of wannabes, egotists and probably some downright grifters.
A lesson for any professional club sport. -

Just read Andrew Chalmers article in the T&A, https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/sport/sportbulls/17783525.andrew-chalmers-39-s-possible-bradford-bulls-might-not-play-odsal-next-season/ .
Looks like he is starting the blaming everyone but Bulls for a move. It also sounds like he wants every but the Bulls to fund it, and also that he is looking to walk away from their lease. I’m sure the RFL will not look favourably on that event as it would leave them with a lease on Odsal with no one to rent it to.Jay likes this.
