what in stuart mccall's managerial career is evidence for him going to guide us to promotion?

not stuart mccall. simple reason that if he was to return for a 5th time, then at some stage he will leave again. whether this be due to failure (again) or moving on to another job, but he won't be here forever if he does return.

if he was to return to the club, i'd like to see it in a sporting director capacity. the person responsible for overseeing the structure of the club; the type of manager / coach we employ, the players we go after, how the youth system is set up so that every time we change manager we don't have to start over - there is already a plan in place and we replace those that leave with others that fit into the direction and system we have as a club.

i mean, cats get nine lives - not footballers and managers.

my suggestion as an alternative as a new manager, i'm not sure. i'd have to see who is available and who wanted the job.

Good and valid points without being a hostile poster. And I agree to a certain point. I just cant imagine anybody being worse than GB. SM would, in my opinion, get us over the line. After that, then who knows. This is damage limitation from an optimists point of view.

there are plenty worse, there are plenty better however maybe not all available - and of those that are available, maybe not all will want to come work for bradford city without an idea of where the club want to be and how they are going to get there. that's why that aspect of the club is vitally important.

at the moment it seems we are just going from season to season expecting something to happen without an idea of how it is going to happen. for far too long this club and city has been reactive rather than pro-active and it's about time that changed.
