1. Smallwood and Gilliead aren't good enough in central midfield
2. We don't have enough goal scoring threats aside from Cook

OK, the injuries to Cook and Pattison have impacted today but these things happen and show exactly why we should have done better against Mansfield and Grimsby at least.

 

So that's another 45mins this hughes team has taken off and not turned up

I think Richards looks a decent player.

Smallwood needs subbing if we want any attacking threat. He just kills the game.
