I'm not making a judgement on GA as a manager after such a short amount of time and I like how he comes across, but the decision to go from one extreme of playing style to the other - and GA is as much a polar opposite as you could find, mid season, is utterly ridiculous and once again lays bear the incompetence in the Board Room.

Do you think once Jürgen Klopp leaves liverpool they will go for a Sean Dyche type of Manager??
No will they balls, they'll get someone in who plays a similar style so all the training the teams, from the under 9s up to the seniors, won't be wasted to start playing a longer game.
Hence the reason why, after the play offs, they should have thought of, we are very close.
Let's do a few tweeks to the squad and get a better motivator in who'll get us over the line, because last season Hughes failed, no matter how much he pleaded a successful season.
